We started in July of 2012 and began with one truck, a dream, and a passion for plumbing. We are still a “Mom and Pop” operation with a few service vehicles and office staff, yet we are still family owned and operated. Junior worked for very large plumbing companies and was simply tired of spending his days trying to convince people that excellent service must come with a hefty price tag. Plumbing became more about salesmanship and less about craftsmanship, so we saw a serious need to bring a family feel and great customer experiences back to the plumbing industry. Our team services every customer as though they’re walking into their own family member’s home, and our hope is that our customers all feel like a part of our family as well. Once you work with Junior’s, you will never have to call THE plumber again, you can now call YOUR plumber, at Junior’s Plumbing!
We specialize in educating our customers to make the best decision when it comes to their home. We provide up front and honest options on whether to repair or replace, and while we give you our professional opinion on short and long term costs, we always allow you to make the call!
Born and raised in Northern Virginia and lived there his entire life until he met his wife, Sabrina, and moved to Spotsylvania County where he currently resides. Junior comes from a long line of plumbers in his family and before he started Junior’s Plumbing Services himself, he was responsible for successfully starting up and managing a new plumbing location at a large multi-million dollar plumbing business out of Virginia. He and Sabrina have a household full of sports fanatics and their two girls, Kyleigh (15) and Kenzie (11), both play on travel softball teams. Their youngest and only son, Tripp (8) also plays local baseball and can’t wait until he’s old enough to hit the travel leagues too! They’re all die-hard Redskins, Caps, Nationals, & VA Tech fans and love to watch and attend games together whenever they can.
Also born and raised in Northern Virginia where she grew up looking up to her big brother, Junior! Kandyce still resides in Northern Virginia where she currently lives with her husband Matt and two sons, Ryder (7) and Owen (3). Kandyce spent a majority of her career in the DoD and government relations arenas but left to enjoy more time at home with her family when she got the opportunity to take part in the family business with her brother and sister-in-law years ago. Kandyce enjoys event planning, spending time with her family, and traveling whenever they can! She’s a boy Mom to the core and spends most days playing basketball, football, soccer and hockey…but when she’s really being creative, she can still get them to bake and do crafts with her!
Michelle was born and raised a Buckeye fan in Ohio, which is where she met her loving husband of almost ten years, Jason. Soon after getting married Jason’s job brought them both south to Virginia where they landed in Spotsylvania for a few years, before settling into their current home a little further south, in Ruther Glen. Michelle and Jason have three amazing (and busy!) young boys, Zack (17), Noah (8), and Colton (3). Before Michelle officially joined the team here at Junior’s she was actually a regular customer of ours. We just loved working with each other so much that she decided to officially come and join the Junior’s Plumbing family!
Donovan is yet another Northern Virginia native, originally born and raised in Fairfax where he lived through grade school until making various move from Atlanta, GA to Baltimore, MD, to Rehoboth, DE and then back to Virginia again! Since returning to VA a couple of years ago, Donovan and his family decided to call Locust Grove their new home where he currently resides with his wife Kim and their three beautiful children, Finley (7), Eva (3) and Macklin (1). In his downtime Donovan enjoys spending time with his family, doing anything outdoors, camping, Star Wars, and when he’s not working at Junior’s Plumbing you might find him under the hood of a car. He’s currently working on an 85 Volkswagen Rabbit GTI that he hopes to have on the road again soon!
Michael was originally born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky. As an Army brat, he then lived in Germany, Japan, and Texas. He lived in Texas for seven years where he grew up playing soccer, baseball, and football (GO COWBOYS!!!). His family/Army brought him to Virginia where he has lived for the last 16 years, and where he began working for several residential remodeling contractors. Michael has been a Spotsylvania County resident since 2013 where he lives with his two (fur)babies, Diesel and Dixie!
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Will spent most of his life in Prince William county until about 6 years ago when he and his family moved a bit further south and decided to make Stafford county their new home. Will lives in Stafford with his Fiancée Kimberly and their son William III (18 months). They recently added to their family and welcomed a new goldendoodle (poodle/golden retriever mix) puppy named Bear; so needless to say, Will and Kim stay pretty busy with their little ones! When they have free time Will, Kim and William enjoy spending it together with their friends and families who are mostly all local as well. Will likes playing video games and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and, but we love him anyway!
Charlie was born just outside of Northern Virginia, in Washington D.C., until he moved nearby to his home in Indian Head, MD where he spent most of his life growing up. Recently he made the move to King George to be closer to family, which is where he currently resides. He likes being outdoors and loves the quiet country areas that offer plenty of open roads to ride his motorcycle on when he’s not working at Junior’s. He’s an adventurous and, “up for trying most anything new”, big kid at heart whose favorite movies are the animated Minion movies! With his positive attitude and desire to always keep things light and fun, he has made an excellent addition to the Junior’s family!
Tommy was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and did plumbing there for nearly 30 years before moving south to Virginia last year so he could be closer to family. He currently lives in Stafford county with his daughter and grandson. When Tommy wasn’t doing plumbing work he was hitting the gyms hard and was actually a power-lifter for just over 20 years! He was also a very skilled kickboxer for 12 years. Tommy is still a “New Yorka”, as he puts it, at heart and loves getting back up there to visit whenever he can.
