We started in July of 2012 and began with one truck, a dream, and a passion for plumbing. We are still a “Mom and Pop” operation with a few service vehicles and office staff, yet we are still family owned and operated. Junior worked for very large plumbing companies and was simply tired of spending his days trying to convince people that excellent service must come with a hefty price tag. Plumbing became more about salesmanship and less about craftsmanship, so we saw a serious need to bring a family feel and great customer experiences back to the plumbing industry. Our team services every customer as though they’re walking into their own family member’s home, and our hope is that our customers all feel like a part of our family as well. Once you work with Junior’s, you will never have to call THE plumber again, you can now call YOUR plumber, at Junior’s Plumbing!
We specialize in educating our customers to make the best decision when it comes to their home. We provide up front and honest options on whether to repair or replace, and while we give you our professional opinion on short and long term costs, we always allow you to make the call!
Born and raised in Northern Virginia and lived there his entire life until he met his wife, Sabrina, and moved to Spotsylvania County where he currently resides. Junior comes from a long line of plumbers in his family and before he started Junior’s Plumbing Services himself, he was responsible for successfully starting up and managing a new plumbing location at a large multi-million dollar plumbing business out of Virginia. He and Sabrina have a household full of sports fanatics and their two girls, Kyleigh (14) and Kenzie (10), both play on travel softball teams. Their youngest and only son, Tripp (7) also plays local baseball and can’t wait until he’s old enough to hit the travel leagues too! They’re all die-hard Redskins, Caps, Nationals, & VA Tech fans and love to watch and attend games together whenever they can.
Also born and raised in Northern Virginia where she grew up looking up to her big brother, Junior! Kandyce still resides in Northern Virginia where she currently lives with her husband Matt and two sons, Ryder (6) and Owen (2). Kandyce spent a majority of her career in the DoD and government relations arenas but left to enjoy more time at home with her family when she got the opportunity to take part in the family business with her brother and sister-in-law years ago. Kandyce enjoys event planning, spending time with her family, and traveling whenever they can! She’s a boy Mom to the core and spends most days playing basketball, football, soccer and hockey…but when she’s really being creative, she can still get them to bake and do crafts with her!
Born in Alexandria but raised in North Stafford since he was seven, Michael’s been a proud Stafford and Spotsylvania County resident ever since. He briefly left the area for college, but moved back once he graduated with a BA in Economics. He currently resides with his wife of ten years, Jennifer, sons Dylan (13), Chase (11), and Michael (6), and his daughter Adele (3). In his spare time Michael practices jujitsu, and he and his family are all big Star Wars fans! They also love being outdoors, camping, and having a family day at any beach. They have a love for all animals and have two cats, as well as two ferrets, named Pex and Copper!
A Louisa native who still resides there with his young son, Camden (2). Josh only left Louisa briefly after receiving a baseball scholarship to a Virginia College where he was majoring in business and working hard towards a contract in the major leagues. Josh spent 3 years playing college baseball as a stellar pitcher, until a shoulder injury benched his chances of a future in the MLB. Josh spends his days being a wonderful Dad to little Camden and is teaching him to be a sports fan like his Daddy! They love to watch anything involving sports but their favorite teams are the Colorado Rockies for baseball, Cincinnati Bengals for football, and the New York Knicks for basketball. He says the method to his team selections were based solely on stats and players, and less about location….better luck next time, skins!
Originally from Texas, Ricardo relocated to Northern Virginia roughly 15 years ago to be closer to his family on the East Coast. He currently lives in Woodbridge with his wife, Sahira, daughter Ali (9), sons Maximus (8) and Ricardo (1). His daughter and eldest son both play soccer, and that’s something Ricardo loves playing and teaching his kids as well. He and his family love being outdoors, and when it’s nice out he really enjoys taking family fishing trips. When football season arrives Ricardo and his wife stay pretty busy rivaling over their favorite teams as his wife is a Redskins fan, and Ricardo brought a little bit of Texas home with him and still loves the Cowboys!
